Notes: The better view is with the 17mm. NGC 4618 shows as a bright core or bar aligned ENE-WSW with a full 360º loop on the S side. The loop appeared to me to contact both ends of the bar. Images reveal this is not the case and the arm actually continues past the bar and curves into the NW. NGC 4625 was a circular glow with an obvious non-stellar core. |
