Notes: There is a lot of moisture in the air, giving a hazy view, and equipment is running with dew. This cluster is well-resolved almost to the centre, which is suddenly brighter and intense. The surrounding halo of stars is irregular, with three spokes showing a greater density of stars, while on the E edge there almost looks to be a bite out of it, with the star density less. I have previously searched for the plantary nebula Pease 1 within M15 but no luck. |
