Notes: As is often the case at this time of year, transparency overhead is good with NELM better than 5.5m and Milky Way on view but below about 30 degrees it becomes progressively milkier. Interesting cluster, a pleasing arc of four stars at its centre. Not a great variation in the brightness of the cluster stars. I can only see a hint of the Eagle Nebula, on the following side of the cluster. |
