Notes: NGC 2300 is an easy, bright oval patch with a broad core. It is elongated 3:2 in NW-SE. No detail was seen in it, nor is there any sign of interaction between the pair. In the drawing NGC 2276 is left, 2300 right. See also the entry for Arp 25 which is NGC 2276. |
