Notes: A large oval elongated 3:1 in EW. The E end tapers and is well defined while the W end is more rounded and vague. There were hints of a dark lane or other structure in the W end, however I cannot relate the position and appearance to anything that appears in deep images so it may be illusory. The companion galaxy is 17.0m it seems so beyond my equipment. |
