Notes: At minus 30° declination and just 8° altitude I can do little more than say I’ve seen the object. The cluster has a brighter core than either M69 or M70. Checking my sketch with Megastar, the faintest star I have recorded is 12.0m and the perceived diameter is no more than 2 arc minutes. |
