Notes: A lot of moisture in the air. This galaxy is a 3:2 oval with the major axis running SSE‑NNW. The halo is grainy, not misty. There is a bright non-stellar core with a hard NE edge. This may be due to a dark lane. Apart from this there is no other suggestion of spiral structure. |
